有时看起来胖没关系，最重要是有张快乐的照片和快乐的牛牛。

我去旅行多数会带上牛牛，放它在包包里。在巴厘岛旅游时，我忘了我手上带了2个包（一个环保袋和一个双肩包）我把双肩包遗留在酒店柜台前的椅子上。完成了退房手续后，我自然的站起来和柜台小姐他们握手道谢并带了我的环保袋和行李就离开了。连我钱包和牛牛都在那双肩包里。

当时没发现遗留了背包，所以就走上车离开了。前往下一站 Hard Rock 酒店去买一些纪念品。

抵达此酒店后，很自然的就是要拿背包然后下车。但是发现惨了！找了整辆车都找不到我的背包。当时紧张极了，司机看出我的不安。司机很淡定的告诉我不要担心。我立刻打给了Amnaya 酒店（我刚才离开的酒店）。酒店柜台接听后说确实是有个褐色的背包，不确定是谁的。但是他们有猜疑是我的因为他们记得我有站起身跟他们握手才离开，所以他们联想到我应该是那一刻把包遗留在椅子了吧？

他们的确很专业，他们没有随便就认同这是我的包。他们先询问一些细节和资料，确认是我的背包后他们允许我回去领回包包。后来柜台人员跟我的司机通话，我还以为发生什么事情哈哈 😁 原来是他们问司机的穿着颜色，方便等下他们确认这位司机的身份。真心很棒，想的很周到 👍👍 没想到的是，我的司机竟然跟他们说他会骑着一辆摩托车去取回我的包，我当时不明白他的 ‘摩托车’ 指的是什么？因为我们有车呀~~~ 怎么会说开摩托车回去呢？

他们结束通话后，司机跟我解释说现在这时间段很塞车。若要开车回去了再回来Hard Rock , 需要1个小时的车程。不值得浪费时间因为会耽误到下个行程。司机让我们不要担心，进去逛就对了。还很信任的把车钥匙交给了我们说万一我们逛完要上车休息都可以。

我们走进店后转身看，发现司机人影不见了。走路速度好快

我们满头问号？不懂这附近他要去哪里找摩托车？

难道这附近有走路那么近的距离就能到的摩托车店吗？

不懂。

过了大概20分钟后，我们的司机回来了。他看起来很喘，满头大汗的（当时太阳超级热烈）

司机马上交给我背包叫我检查看里面有什么东西不见吗，还告诉我他并没有打开到我的背包。

我就笑了，司机是担心我认为他有开到我的背包 😆😆

我打开背包后发现里面的东西全部完完全全没被移动到，

牛牛和其他物件所在位置依然一样。

这是酒店发现有人遗留了背包后他们绑上了这个标签，

标签上写着这包应该是属于房号505的（就是我的包）

我就是刚才退房的505

他们好有心 ♥

我非常感恩和感谢我的司机 (印尼娃娃旅游 Indowawa Travel ) 和巴厘岛 Amnaya 酒店的工作人员无私的帮助。

我没想到我还有机会，幸运的能把背包找回来。

言语无法表达我的感激。

好人确实存在，感谢您们。

我一定会再回来巴厘岛💓💓

When traveling in Bali , I accidentally left my backpack at a hotel lobby’s seat when I check out. I just took along my Eco bag + luggage and left , even my wallet was with Cowny inside the backpack. I didn't notice my backpack was left on the seat, I stood up and shook hands with the workers and said goodbye. Went into the car and headed towards to Hard Rock Hotel to shop for some souvenirs.

When we reach Hard Rock Hotel, I was searching for my backpack all over our car. Then only I noticed it's missing 😔😔 Oh nooooo .. I was soooo worried !! I remembered I placed my backpack on the seat in front of the lobby's reception counter which means anyone could have the chance to take it along when they check out or check in 😱

My driver calm me and tell me not to worried and I called the hotel immediately. The hotel answered and said they had noticed a brown backpack which they're not sure who does it belongs to but they do suspect it's mine cause I stood up and shook hands with them before I left. So I forgot to take my bag~~~

They ask for some info for confirmation and they talked with my driver. They handled this in a professional way as well , they asked what colour my driver is wearing so they can double confirm later when he arrived. My driver inform them he will ride a motorbike to pick up my backpack , I was definitely shocked as I had no idea what he meant by the ''motorbike'' .

After they ended their conversation, the driver told me and my boyfriend to enter Hard Rock for shopping and no worries he'll handle the rest. But I told him No No , let's ride the car and return together. He said it's traffic jam period , so it'll takes around 1 hour journey to return back to the Amnaya Hotel and to come back to Hard Rock Hotel again. If you had been to Bali before, you'll understand the traffic here isn't a joke 😆😆

Then my driver left , we waited him while shopping in the Hard Rock Souvenir shop. We had no idea how our driver is going to rent a motorbike at this area, cause is it common that motorbikes rental are all over this place which is just in a walking distance? He just disappeared in a blink of an eye.

After 20 minutes, our driver returned. He look so exhausted and sweating as he must had been rushing and worrying plus it was a extremely HOT 🌞Sunny afternoon. He handed me back my backpack and asked me to double check all my things to see whether anything is missing and he said he didn't opened my bag. I laughed and opened my bag, the first thing I saw was my Cowny of course. I checked my bag, Cowny and wallet and all my belongings were safely untouched.
